Labor security system
Safety cabinet able to store approximately 160 litres of liquid and solid inflammables in accordance with DIN 12925-1.
Technical Data:
- Thermical device which allows self-closing door with room temperature over 50° C. Not electric.
- 3 stainless steel shelves (AISI 304) fitted with extractable hooks providing easy handling of the goods stored;tray shaped shelves to collect any liquid spills or breakages.
Each shelf capacity approximately 12 litres.
- Bottom basin made of stainless steel AISI 304 with 45 litres capacity.
Description
- Completely produced in electrogalvanized steel painted with epoxide acid-proof dusts electrostatically applied through thermic tunnel at 200°C.
- Double sheets thickness 10/10 + 10/10 mm inserted one into the other.
- Internal fireproof insulation made up of porous insulating matter with fire resistance.
- Trimming inflatable in case of fire, isolating the inside of the cabinet from the outside.
- 2 anti-fire valves for air-recircle that automatically close at 72°C.The first one is positioned on the top of cabinet and the second one on the bottom right part of the back of it.
- Total opening door with anti-spark hinges system.
- Three points safety catch with lock in accordance with EC Norms, the same type used in anti-fire doors.
- Fitted with 4 adjustable legs.
- "No smoking" and "fire" warning stickers on the cabinet doors as requested by Italian and European Norms.
- New base with removable cover.
